Douglas “Doug” Lemott Jr. is a distinguished cybersecurity leader whose career spans more than 30 years across military service, government sectors, and private industry. As the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk (ARC), Doug leads the development and implementation of secure technology solutions that enable collaboration to address systemic risks to critical national infrastructure.

Analysis and Resilience Center for Systemic Risk (ARC)

As CISO, Doug implements secure and compliant technology solutions and infrastructure that support ARC member collaboration, addressing systemic risks that impact our economic and national security.

SAP National Security Services (SAP NS2)

Doug served as VP of Security Operations/Deputy CISO, where he established advanced cybersecurity programs protecting against persistent adversarial threats. He also led as VP of Secure Cloud Multi-Tenant Engineering, Operations, and Delivery, overseeing global infrastructure strategy for SAP Platform products.

VMware

As Director of Security and Compliance for the government, education, and healthcare sector, Doug provided strategic guidance on cybersecurity priorities and compliance requirements including FedRAMP, FIPS, and HIPAA.

U.S. Marine Corps

During his distinguished 27-year military career, Doug led the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG), overseeing security, operation, and defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network with over 300,000 subscribers. He supervised critical network installations and managed both Network and Security Operations Centers to defend against persistent threats. In his final role, he executed CIO and CISO functions for the entire Marine Corps.
